Jewellery Bench offers complimentary shipping within New Zealand, all delivers are made using Courier Post

All items will be delivered to you in Jewellers Bench packaging ready to be presented as a gift.

Delivery within New Zealand take 1 – 5 working days

Please be aware all deliveries will require a signature and photo ID, so it will pay to keep this in mind when giving us your delivery address.

Returns Policy

At Jewellers Bench we want to ensure you are totally happy with your purchase, and to ensure the item may be returned within 14 days of receiving the good for exchange if you are not completely happy with your purchase.

All returned items must be unworn and undamaged and returned in the original packaging and boxes as well as any certificates that may have been included. All returns are subject to inspection before an exchange can proceed.

Please note we cannot offer an exchange on special order items; this includes engraved jewellery and any jewellery that has been altered in any way for the customer.

Please wrap good securely. We request any returns to be sent using a signature required service, we advise you to insure the item for the full amount and keep your receipt as proof of delivery. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us safe and sound. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.

Jewellery Bench will pay for any return shipping should the goods be faulty or the result of our error. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be at the purchaser’s expense.
