We offer a range of jewellery services at Jewellers Bench. Our jewellers work onsite and are able to modify, repair, recycle or remake any broken or unwanted jewellery.

We are able to talk with you about your existing jewellery, whether to repair or remodel, and we can quote on all repair work that is required. All repairs are done onsite by our goldsmiths. We usually have a five-to-ten-day turnaround but also have an Express Service if you require the work done urgently.
Our independent valuers provide valuations for both watches and jewellery. Please bring in any old documentation you may have. Here at Jewellers Bench we will clean and polish and check all your jewellery prior to valuation and recommend any repair work needed, so that you get the best valuation possible.
We also replace watch batteries and supply and fit watch straps. For more comprehensive watch repair work, let our independent watchmaker take a closer look and give you a quote for the repair work needed. A watch repair quote fee applies.
Remodelling
So many people have unwanted or unworn jewellery sitting at home.
At Jewellers Bench, remodelling is one of our speciality services. Our sales team will weigh your old metal and clean unwanted stones. They will talk with you to gain a general understanding of your concept. A jeweller will then further clarify your concept and sketch some options for you to consider. Once a design has been decided upon, a quote will be given, so that you are aware of all costs involved. There is no charge for this consultation and quote service.

Purchasing unwanted jewellery
We take pleasure in taking unwanted or trade-in jewellery. It is a practice that we have used for many years. Jewellers Bench is licenced to purchase any unwanted jewellery. This can be paid direct into your bank account or go towards the cost of any stock jewellery, bespoke design or repair.
